As a family of four visiting London for the first time, we were pleased with our stay at this centrally located apartment. Upon arrival, we found the check-in process to be easy and efficient, with keys ready for collection at the main office. the staff kindly stored our luggage for us, making it convenient to explore the neighborhood right away. Our apartment was just a short 5-minute walk from the main office, situated in the vibrant area of Soho. Despite the slight discrepancy in the location description, we found it to be an excellent base for our family adventures. the apartment itself was modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for us was the family-friendly sofa bed and travel cot that were provided upon our request. Having two young children, it was a relief to have these options available, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. the fully equipped kitchen was also a welcome feature, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks for our little ones. From exploring the nearby Covent Garden market to taking a stroll around the beautiful historic streets, there was always something to see and do. the convenience of having a fob for entry to the main building and a lift to access the apartment made our outings hassle-free. Overall, our experience at this apartment was enjoyable and stress-free. the friendly staff, clean facilities, and convenient location all contributed to a memorable family holiday in London. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to the city.
